Location and Key Dates

 Growing and taking bold steps,  MUSIC HALL MADRID will once again take place at IFEMA Madrid’s Pavilion 3, one of Spain’s most prestigious and functional venues for large-scale cultural, sports, and entertainment events, now with capacity increased by 3,000 attendees.

The second edition of MUSIC HALL MADRID 2025 will take place during the key leisure and shopping season of the holidays:

From December 2025 through January 9, 2026.

This period coincides with peak local and tourist activity, offering brands a unique window for visibility and emotional connection with the public.

Pavilion 3 offers over 16,000 m² of configurable space adaptable to any type of event and production needs. With capacities ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 people, the venue includes:

  • Full stage setup: lighting, sound, and high-definition LED screen.
  • Specialized areas: VIP zones, food areas, brand activations, and chill-out spaces.
  • Top-tier technical infrastructure: dressing rooms, production offices, signage, security, and full accessibility (PRM).

The new musical series that embraces the city of Madrid. It brings to life first-class events in various formats and time slots, for different audiences and ages. From December 6, 2024, to January 9, 2025, we’ll open the doors of IFEMA Madrid’s majestic Pavilion 1.

Re-entry is not permitted. You’ll need to buy a new ticket to get back in.

Yes, you must be able to provide valid identification upon request from security personnel.

To make entry smoother and avoid lines, we recommend downloading your ticket before arriving at the venue. You can download it from the same platform where you bought it. If you can, keep it on your phone — let’s save paper and care for the planet together.

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unofficial outlets or resellers. Tickets bought outside the official sales channels may be invalid, duplicated, or refused at the entrance. Always make sure to buy your ticket through the official website or authorized partners.

You will always find the authorized sales channels on our official website and on the pages of the brands hosting our events.

Access will only be permitted for events that specifically allow it, as stated in each event’s information. Minors under 16 must be accompanied at all times by their legal guardian, who must sign a document taking full responsibility for the minor while inside the venue.

Minors aged 16 and 17 may enter without a guardian, but must present a signed authorization form from their parents or legal guardians. In all cases, both guardians and minors must carry their ID or an official identification document, as well as their event tickets, in order to access the venue.

The Organization informs that, by law, the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is strictly prohibited. Each minor will be identified with a wristband that prevents the purchase of alcoholic beverages and must keep it visible at all times. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in removal from the venue without the right to a ticket refund.

Entry with professional photo cameras (DSLR) or video cameras is not allowed, except for duly authorized personnel.

You may bring food, but drinks are not allowed, except for a plastic water bottle without a cap, with a maximum capacity of 33 cl.

Yes! Inside you’ll find a wide variety of food and drink options so you won’t miss a thing. There will also be vegan and gluten-free choices available. You can find different food points throughout the venue or check the Venue section to see our map.

All our events are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Access is designed to be quick and easy, and attendees may enter with one companion. There is also a reserved area for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) inside the venue, as well as adapted restrooms.

Yes, we offer a locker service where you can store your clothes or personal items and enjoy the event worry-free. You can book your locker online and access it as many times as you need throughout the event.

First, please go to the locker area to check if your lost item has been handed in there. If it hasn’t, leave us your contact details and a description of the lost item. If we find it, we’ll get in touch with you.

Yes, any customer who requests it has the right to a complaint form. To obtain one, please go to the access area and ask a member of our staff.
